Informational clause on processing of personal data by Multisector Enterprise Bistar Limited Partnership
To whom it may concern,
In relation to the entry into binding force, starting from 25 May 2018, of the Act of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection (consolidated text dated 13.06.2016, Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922), and pursuant to art. 28 of Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Regulation 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we hereby inform you of the rights you are entitled to under this regulation and for what purpose we process your personal data.

Your personal data may be processed by the Administrator for the following purposes:
• activities leading to the conclusion of a commercial contract as well as performance of the contract concluded with the Administrator (art. 6 par. 1 letter b GDPR), for the purpose of performing the contract i.e. sale of goods or rendering of services, handling of documentation related to the contract, including orders, accounting and warehouse documents,
• activities related to performance of the obligations arising from legal regulations (art. 6 par. 1 letter c GDPR) or of the Administrator’s obligations arising from, among others, tax law and the Act on accountancy,
• response by the Administrator to queries related to the scope of conducted activity,
• performance by the Administrator of activities based on a natural person's consent to data processing (art. 6 par.1 letter a GDPR), for the purpose indicated in the consent, also including handling of the contact form found on the website.
The data Administrator's justified interest constitutes the grounds for data processing.
The Administrator may process the following categories of personal data: company name, Customer’s name and surname as well as the names and surnames of persons appointed for performance of the contract, addresses indicated in the contract or order, NIP (Taxpayer ID No.), bank account number, signature of the Customer or person authorized by him on documents requiring signature, e-mail address provided for correspondence, telephone number for contact, history of sent requests for quotation.
The Administrator may transfer personal data to entities authorized under the law, including for the purposes of: compliance with tax law, accountancy regulations, performance of obligations arising from decisions, rulings issued by authorized bodies, institutions or courts.
Your personal data may be transferred to other entities, such as: law firm, debt enforcement companies, courier and transportation companies, solely and exclusively for the purposes of performing contracts.
Your personal data will be stored:
• for the duration mandated by legal regulations,
• for the period of time until expiry of potential claims for the pursuit of which availability of data is indispensable,
• on the grounds of granted consent – until such time as it is revoked, the person providing their data has the right to demand from the Administrator: • access to the content of their data,
• rectify data,
• restrict processing of their data,
• transfer of personal data to another entity,
• suspension of further data processing and exercising of the right to be forgotten.
For the purposes of exercising the rights referred to above, one must contact the Company at the address of its registered seat or send electronic correspondence to the address: rodo@bistar.com.pl Immediately upon receiving such a demand from a person whose data are being processed, the Administrator shall consider their demand in compliance with GDPR provisions after confirming their identity.
The Administrator will not make personal data available outside of the borders of the European Union, with the exception of situations where such disposal of data is ordered by the Customer.
The Administrator will not process data in an automated manner (including in the form of profiling). Provision of personal data is voluntary and serves for performance of the obligations by which the parties are bound; refusal to provide data may make it impossible to perform actions according to a request or contract.
The Customer has the right to file a complaint in relation to processing of personal data by us to the supervisory body, being the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
